  Only two staff working, both at the tills so there was no one to help. Fitting rooms were disgusting, dirty floors and plastic all over the shop. Not the service I would expect from Next.

  I went to return a couple of items this afternoon. The queue was long and the lady before me had many things to return. There was only one staff working, Chris. I have to write this review as I think he had so much patient and excellent service. It is very rare now a days to have that kind of good service. Well done Next in Lewisham.

  Pointless shop. Hardly any staff. Thos that are present are not helpful. For ever waiting in a queue with 1 slowwwwwwww staff on if she worked any quicker her wig might drop off. If you ask for help they don't want to as there in a rush assuming because there is no staff.... hellooooooo. Next. You don't pay a lot in wages to staff so one assumes you should employ more here.
